Full-Stack Developer
We are looking for a full-stack developer for our team in Leuven. As a full-stack developer, you’ll build AI-infused digital solutions that deliver real impact. If you’re eager to enable cutting-edge technology like artificial intelligence to reach its users most optimally, you might be the person we are looking for.
As a full-stack developer, you’ll take on a key role in developing both front-end and back-end web applications. You will collaborate with the entire development team to create innovative applications from start to finish: think of making architectural decisions, developing easy-to-use deployment pipelines, and maintaining our existing solutions.
In addition to working our custom (generative) AI projects, our clients can count on you for longer consultancy-based assignments. These range from short assignments — 3 to 6 weeks — to longer assignments — 3 to 6 months — where you’ll be able to demonstrate your expertise.

Job requirements
- BSc/BA in computer science, engineering (or a related field) or relevant field experience
- Familiarity with working on projects with AI components like LLMs, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, generative models…
- You can juggle (oversee) multiple projects at the same time
- You have a knack for solving problems swiftly, without cutting unnecessary corners
- You're proficient in both Dutch and English
- You have 4 years of experience
Technical experience
Here's our tech stack - experience with these specific technologies is great, but we equally value relevant experience with similar tools and frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript and a front-end framework like Next.js or React
- Back-end experience, preferably building APIs with Python, Node and/or Java
- Vector database experience (like PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch)
- You develop highly secure solutions, with privacy, compliance and accessibility in mind - including awareness of GDPR and the EU AI Act
Bonus points if you have:
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably on a cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket pipelines/Cloud Build/Azure Pipelines…)
- Experience serving an AI model as an endpoint
