Functional Analyst
At Codana, we are looking for a new team member who possesses the unique ability to bridge the analytical and functional aspects of our work while also contributing to the commercial dimension by co-writing our quotations.
Analysis:
Through extensive conversations with customers, you understanding their vision, defining the application's functionalities and objectives. Your goal is to uncover precisely where we can provide added value for our clients, often collaborating with technical leads. Afterwards, you create a comprehensive product backlog based on user stories, specifying acceptance criteria.
Follow-Up:
Our agile approach involves working in sprints and conducting product backlog refinement meetings. You collaborate closely with the Project Manager at every project phase to ensure that the scope remains intact.
Testing:
In adherence to our commitment to quality, we test to promptly identify and proactively address any bugs. You facilitate a seamless handover to the testing team, even organizing testing campaigns for specific sprints if needed.
Proposal:
Following the analysis phase (or during pre-sales processes), you bridge the gap to the commercial aspect by writing quotations. Your priority is to maintain a transparent scope, translating the outcomes into a well-structured and easily comprehensible document.
What We Consider Important:
- Professional Experience: You already gained some experience as a functional analyst
- Passion for Custom Webapp Development and Agile/Scrum: It's essential to have a genuine interest in the world of custom web application development and a strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Effective Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities are important in this role; enabling clear collaboration and understanding among team members and clients
- Ambition and Entrepreneurial Spirit: We appreciate a healthy dose of ambition and an entrepreneurial mindset, which can drive innovation and growth.
- Technical or Commercial Background is a plus: While not mandatory, having technical or commercial experience is considered a valuable asset.
